Before creating an account you are able to view the Study Library which has information about each study. On the 'Get Started' home page there are 5 screens you can swipe right across to view. If you swipe across to the fifth page you can access the course library and view all of the current available studies.
If you have an account you can click on the profile icon on the bottom right of the screen, then select Course Library where you can look through the studies.
