We are thrilled to announce that WordGo has added Home Screen. This area within the app transforms the user experience, giving you access to all of your solo courses and groups in one unified place, along with personally curated content for you to explore as you experience diving into God's Word with WordGo.

When you now log into the app, you will be presented with a page that looks like this:

Here's what's changed:

1. Timed and personalized welcome

2. New Course View with Group or Solo details

3. New Explore section with links to journal articles and personalized content

4. Updated tap bar

In addition to this Home View page, there are new ways to access and navigate to already-existing parts of the app.

Course Library

From Home View, you can now tap Start a group or course to access the Course Library.

Switching Courses

You can now switch between your courses in Home View by tapping on the card (square) that corresponds with the course you'd like to view. The selected course will load in the new Course area, and will be displayed at the start (lefthand side) of Home View.

Course View

Your Course will now load in this icon, which is second from the left at the bottom of the screen.

Settings

To access your Personal or Group Settings, tap the Course icon. Then tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top right of the screen. This will load your Personal Settings (where you can archive or change the name of your profile) or Group Settings (where Group Guides can archive a group, change the name of a group, or share Group Guide privileges, and Members can opt to leave a group).

Group Details

Guides and Members have a new way of accessing Group Details. Navigate to Course View, and then tap the name of your group at the top. This will load Group Details.

Gathering Preview and Details

There is also a new way to find your Gathering Preview and Details. Navigate to Course View and then tap Gather to view the info for your Next Gathering and other details like Attendance, Prayer Requests, Questions for the Week, and Next Week's Preview.

Inbox

There is a new icon dedicated to the App Inbox. Tap this middle icon to view your messages.

Support

You can still contact the WordGo Helpdesk or email us, as well as read our Journal and listen to Group Guide training in the Support area.

Profile

We've made some changes to the profile area of the app.

You can still access your Personal Notes, Completed Courses, the Course Library and change your Study Preferences by tapping the top four icons. The bottom three icons are new - we've separated Notifications Settings and Account Settings, and added the Give area to the Profile section.
