Group Guide is having Issues with inviting/ adding new members (Tracker #46725 | AB 29073)
There are two behaviors for this issue, iPhone and Android phone.
Workaround for iPhone users: Please disable your "Contacts" on the iPhone Main Setting page for WordGo, and invite the members manually.
Workaround for Android users: Add & invite your members manually.
Group Guide cannot start Group/ Courses when selecting "Get to know each other" (Tracker #46032 | AB 25378)
Workaround: Select "Get Straight into the course"
Text not showing on Android with Dark Mode (Tracker #45981 | AB 25366)
Workaround: Change the settings to light mode to view the text.
WordGo "Discuss" feature is inconsistent (Tracker #40525 | AB 22993)
We found that the Discuss feature works for my Android devices (as a Guide and as a Member). Yet on Apple (iPhone & iPad) devices, the Discuss feature only works as a Guide but not as a Member.
WordGo auto-invitation has a typo (Tracker #40074 | AB 22788)
-> Workaround: Users may change the subject line to fix the spelling error (your to you).
Android question response boxes are too small and cannot scroll up and down (Tracker #39159 | AB 22061)
Android users do not have enough space to write their responses to the daily study questions. When the answer does get longer, the user cannot scroll up and down in the box to read and review what they typed in. The keyboard overlaps the response box.
->Workaround: Please do your best to answer the questions. The website developers have been made aware of this issue. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and prayers until the resources become available for a fix.
Android users cannot delete accounts (Tracker #39158 | AB 20644)
Android users are not able to delete their own accounts. They receive an error message.
->Workaround: Please confirm the details of your account by submitting a ticket with the list of requested items below. Then our Tier 2 Team will delete your account on your behalf:
WordGo account name and email address
The device you are using WordGo on
The operating system on your device
The version of WordGo you have downloaded (this can be found in the Support tab - icon is a (?))
