It is now possible to share Group Guide responsibilities with other members of your group!
1. Course View
Navigate to your course by tapping the book icon at the bottom of the app. Then tap the name of the group at the top of the screen.
2. Group Details & Settings
There will be 3 horizontal lines at the top right of the screen. Tap this, and a pop-up will display. Tap Group Settings.
3. Group Settings
There will be a few options to choose from. Tap Share Guide role with a Group Member.
4. Choose Member
Here you will see a list of your members. Tap the name of the member you would like to share the role with.
5. Share Role
On the next page, there will be a recap of what the Co-Guide can do. Once you're ready, tap Share Guide Role.
Once the role has been shared, the member(s) will receive a notification email outlining the features they now have access to. Please note you can do this for as many members in your group as you'd like.
