It's simple to reset your password with WordGo. When you enter an incorrect password a message will show stating 'No Active Account with the Given Credentials'. Simply click the 'Get Started' button on the app, then select 'sign in'. Then the 'Forgot Password' link in the App login page.
You will then be asked to enter the email address associated with your account, and an email will be sent to this account to reset the password.
If you are still having issues we would advise closing the App, turning your phone off and back on again and then accessing a new password reset. It will only be valid for 24 hours so please complete the process within that time frame to ensure it efficacy.
It is helpful to remember to use a password you have not used before, and to write it down and keep it handy for when you sign back into your account with the new password.
